The Story:
Car was stolen from a barn on the outskirts of Lafayette, Indiana sometime between March 7th and April 29th, 2010. A nearby farmhouse burned down and within a few weeks the car was stolen.
This is a 911E Targa Sportomatic with ~150K miles. Rebuilt engine to a 2.2E spec, 1970 Sportomatic transmission installed.
Picture was taken before undercarriage replacement - it had Grey Primer on the rear quarters when it was stolen. Unique identifying features include K&N Filters on the engine, missing Carpet set, Black plastic hood grill and driver and passenger mirrors similar to an 80s porsche, and SSI heat exchangers.
$5,000 reward for the recovery of this car.
